Everything you need to know

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 02:00 pm.On the day of departure, the rooms are available until 10:30 am.

Bathrobe & bathing shoes & sauna towels
You will find sauna towels directly in front of the sauna in the wellness area. Bathrobes & slippers can be found in the room on the bed.

Beds and Baby cots
Some of our rooms are equipped with extra beds. Baby cots with sheets are also provided.

Change bed linen
We change the sheets every third day. Allergy-friendly beds are available on request from our employees.

Breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 am to 10:00 am from Tuesday to Friday. On Saturday, Sunday & Monday, the breakfast buffet is served from 08:00 am to 10:00 am. If you have to leave earlier, we kindly ask you to let us know the evening before. We are happy to prepare a breakfast for your room.

Luggage service
We are happy to assist you with the luggage. If the room is not ready yet, we keep your suitcases safely.

Golf
The golf course is only about 2 km away. Our guests receive a green fee reduction of 25%. Also on 14 other places in the Donau-Inn region. You will get more information at the reception. We keep two golf bags for you free of charge.

Half board
Half board is available from 3 nights for the price of 18, - € per person / day, for 1 or 2 nights 21, - € per person / day with 4-course menu of your choice. Dinner is served daily from 06:00 to 09:00 pm.

You can eat à la carte on Sundays & public holidays from 11:30 am to 02:00 pm and in the evening from 05:30 pm to 09:00 pm every day. We gladly consider table wishes as far as possible. Drinks can be purchased at the bar for discounted prices.

If you have any food allergies, please tell the service staff. Our chef has a training as a diet chef and we are happy to respond to your requests. Also a list with all allergens is ready for you.

Dogs
Dogs cost up to 3 days 15, - € and from 3 days 25, - € once

International adapter & charger
Available at the reception for various smartphones.

Internet access
Our guests have free internet access. We assume no liability for the use. You will need to log in again each day with your password.

Tourist tax
The tax of the community Grafenau is calculated separately and is currently € 1.95 per person/ day. Children from 6 to 18 years 0,90 €. These may change during the course of 2019. Business travelers are exempt from the tourist tax.

Massage & Cosmetics
We offer a wide range of massage or beauty treatments. We kindly ask you to book the spa treatment when you make your reservation.

Motorcycles
There is a parking space for the motorcycles behind the house in the yard or under the carport.

Sewing set
In the small boxes in the bathroom is a sewing set.

Cleaning or ironing service
To use the laundry service, please use the provided laundry bags in the wardrobe and hand them in at the reception. An ironing service is also available.

Reception
Our reception is open from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm. We can be reached by phone at 100 or 120 to 10:00 pm.

Backpack and hiking poles

We rent you backpacks and hiking poles on pre-order.

Key safe
If you arrive after 08:00 pm, we kindly ask you to call the hotel so we can deposit your key in our key safe.

Sports equipment rental
Bicycles, helmets or ski accessories can be rented in Grafenau at the sports shop Fuchs or Sport Schmid or at Radsport de Graaf.

Cancellation policy
Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge. Within the 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the room price. Within a week before arrival we charge 100%.

Tennis
The tennis court is 200 meters above the main house. The accessories can be borrowed from us.

Vital area
Our swimming pool is open daily from 08:00 am - 09:00 pm. In winter the sauna is open from 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm. During summer months as needed. If you let us know 20 minutes in advance, we will heat the sauna for you.
